The Comdata fuel card allows you to control and manage your fleet expense from one card and is accepted at all Comdata accepting fuel locations. However, discounts are only provided for Love’s, TA-Petro, Pilot/Flying J and SC Fuels (California only) locations.

Comdata will process your order within two business days after you submit an application. Amazon Carriers are required to fill out truck or driver level details for the fuel cards. No, at this time the program is settlement deduct on a weekly basis for fuel purchases. Amazon adjusts your weekly settlement for Amazon loads to deduct the fuel allowance for the week.
Not at this time. While you can set up the Comchek® directly with Comdata, the current Amazon Carrier program for the fuel card is exclusively for funding and use of diesel fuel.
No, the Comdata fuel cards are to be utilized for only Amazon loads. If a carrier uses the cards for non-Amazon loads, the cards will be blocked.

The Value Added Services (VAS) team does send out periodic notices of promotional offerings from each VAS provider when available.
The SC Fuels program is a wholesale price + markup model with daily fluctuation in pricing for diesel fuel. At this time, it is only active for fueling in California. The wholesale price is based on the Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) market pricing for diesel. Each Monday, SC Fuels will make available the day’s price for diesel at different rack locations across Southern California.
The VAS Team will distribute this to the Amazon Carriers with active dedicated capacity in the following domiciles: FAT, OAK-E, OAK-W, ONT, SMF, and RNO.
