If you are away from your computer without access to the FleetAdvance console, setting up notifications is a perfect way to stay informed of your drivers’ fuel purchasing activity. You will receive notifications on your drivers’ FleetAdvance scores as soon as the transactions occur, just as you would see on the console. Follow these steps to set up notifications:

1. In the upper right corner of the iConnectData (ICD) welcome page, select the drop-down menu beside your name and then select My Profile.

2.  On the My Profile page, scroll down to the FleetAdvance Notifications section. Use the checkboxes to select the type of notification you would like to receive: text message (SMS), e-mail, or both.

Note: Please ensure that you have the correct mobile phone number or e-mail address entered at the top of the My Profile page. Notifications will be sent to that number or e-mail address.

3. Choose the customer IDs for which you will be notified. Select a customer ID in the left box and move it into the right box using the right arrow. You will receive notifications for all customer IDs in the right box.

4. In the last field, you will need to enter the score threshold that will trigger notifications. For example, if you want to be notified of any score below 85, type in the number 85. Then, click Submit. When you click Submit, all changes will be saved and you will receive notifications.
